Species and Heritage Site Monitoring

We work with landowners and community groups to help conserve specific species such as the slender scotch burnet moth on Burg and help protect habitats such as the locally rare Machair at Calgary.

The Ranger Service is represented on the Argyll and Bute Biodiversity Partnership and has won two awards from the Biodiversity Partnership for biodiversity work and community involvement in biodiversity.
