Out of School Playworkers

Part Time, Flexible Positions Available

We are looking for Playworkers to join our team to help deliver holiday clubs during summer 2022. There may also be the opportunity of term time work, as we continue to work towards improving childcare options on the island.

Experience of working in the childcare sector or with children would be advantageous but not essential.  We are looking for staff that have a genuine interest in the development of children and their well-being.  Support and training will be available for the right candidates.

Community Transport Drivers

Part Time

We need additional drivers for the Ulva Ferry Community Transport Service. The hours are flexible to suit demand for the service but we do have a regular commitment for Mondays.

Finance Manager

Full Time

Mull and Iona Community Trust is recruiting a highly motivated and experienced candidate for the post of full time Finance Manager (37.5 hours per week).

MICT has a very wide range of projects and future opportunities which work towards improving the quality of life on Mull and Iona.

The applicant should have experience of working in a finance capacity using SAGE or similar accounting software; producing management accounts, have excellent communication and team-working skills; be self-motivated and used to working to deadlines.

The position is based at our purpose built offices at An Roth in Craignure, although there is flexibility to allow home working and a hybrid model of working.

We are a living wage employer, who offers flexible working, 33 days annual leave per year (including public holidays), company pension and provide a friendly and supportive team environment.
